These terms govern your use of the website operated by Study Guide Tips (“we” or “us”) at this address (the “Site”). Using the Site means you accept them. If you do not, please do not use the Site.
Using the Site
The Site describes the Study Guide Tips program, where students earn points toward gift cards for original study materials, and offers forms to contact us and to sign up. Use it lawfully and without interfering with its operation or with other people’s rights. In particular, do not:
- Submit false, misleading, or abusive content.
- Scrape, crawl, or submit forms with automated tools without our permission.
- Try to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its hosting, or related systems.
- Introduce malware or otherwise disrupt the Site’s security or availability.
Messages and sign-ups
Sending a message or signing up through the Site does not by itself enroll you in the program, create an account, or entitle you to points or rewards. Participation in the program, including uploading materials, the review process, points, and gift cards, is governed by the program’s own terms, which we provide when you get started. Information you submit is handled under our Privacy Policy.
Ownership
The Site and everything on it, including text, graphics, logos, and images, belongs to Study Guide Tips or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may view and print pages for your own information. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or build on the content without written permission.
No professional advice
Content on the Site is general information about the program. It is not academic, legal, or financial advice and does not promise results, points, or rewards for any particular upload.
Third-party services
The Site is hosted on Cloudflare and relies on third-party services for bot screening and email delivery. We are not responsible for their availability or practices, and your use of them may be subject to their own terms.
Warranties
The Site is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not promise the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
Liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Study Guide Tips and its members, officers, employees, and agents are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Site. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site is limited to one hundred US dollars.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold Study Guide Tips harmless from claims, damages, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising from your misuse of the Site or breach of these terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located there, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
Changes
We may revise these terms by posting an updated version. The effective date above shows the latest revision. Continuing to use the Site after a change means you accept it.
