Study Guide Tips (“we” or “us”) runs the website at this address (the “Site”). This policy describes what we collect when you use the Site, why we collect it, and what you can do about it.
What we collect
Details you send us. The Site has two forms. The contact form asks for your name, email address, and message. The “Start Uploading” form asks for your email address, your academic level, and the subject you study. We keep whatever you enter.
Technical details. Our host, Cloudflare, records standard request data such as IP address, browser and device type, referring page, and pages viewed. We use it to run, secure, and debug the Site. There are no advertising trackers on the Site.
Bot screening. The forms use Cloudflare Turnstile, which inspects limited browser signals to tell people from automated traffic. Turnstile is covered by Cloudflare’s own privacy policy.
Why we collect it

- To keep ordinary business records of our correspondence.
- To protect the Site from abuse.
We do not sell personal information and do not share it with anyone for their own marketing.
Who else sees it
Only the providers that help us run the Site and reply to you: Cloudflare (hosting and bot screening) and Postmark (email delivery). They act on our instructions. We may also disclose information when the law requires it, to protect our rights, or as part of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
How long we keep it
Form submissions stay for as long as we need them to respond and keep business records, then are deleted or anonymized. You can ask us to delete yours at any time using the address below.
Your choices
You may ask to see, correct, or delete the personal information you gave us. Depending on where you live you may have further rights under local privacy law. We answer verifiable requests within a reasonable time.
Security
We take reasonable technical and organizational steps to protect the information we hold. No transmission or storage method is completely secure, so we cannot promise absolute security.
Children
The Site is for students and is not aimed at anyone under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13; if you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it. If you are under 18, please check with a parent or guardian before sending us a form.
Changes
We may revise this policy. The effective date above shows the latest revision. Continuing to use the Site after a change means you accept it.
